IT Solutions Partner

DivergeIT has secured a strategic investment from M|C Partners to accelerate organic growth, expand its services, invest in talent and technology, and pursue acquisitions of complementary managed service providers nationwide. CEO Jarrod Koch will continue leading DivergeIT, which will serve as a platform for growth in the managed services market. This investment will help fuel organic growth and future MSP acquisitions under the DivergeIT brand.

DivergeIT, a leading managed IT services and managed security services provider (MSP/MSSP) serving mid-sized businesses and enterprises across the United States, today announced a strategic investment from M|C Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on the technology services and digital infrastructure sectors. The investment will fuel DivergeIT’s next phase of growth and innovation, while establishing the company as a platform for acquiring additional managed service providers.

As part of the agreement, Jarrod Koch, DivergeIT’s CEO, will remain at the helm of the company, continuing to drive the strategy and culture that have defined DivergeIT since its founding. Koch will work closely with M|C Partners to identify and integrate acquisition targets while continuing to scale DivergeIT’s organic growth.

DivergeIT has built its reputation on delivering excellent customer service and on regularly launching new products and services to meet the evolving technology needs of mid-sized businesses and enterprises, earning consistently high customer satisfaction and client retention scores. M|C Partners’ investment will provide DivergeIT with additional capital and resources to accelerate that track record and expand its solution portfolio, advance AI-driven capabilities, and remain at the forefront of technical expertise and innovation.

“This partnership with M|C Partners marks an exciting new chapter for DivergeIT,” said Jarrod Koch, CEO of DivergeIT. “Throughout our history, our team has stayed focused on doing right by our clients, and that commitment is why we’ve earned some of the highest retention and satisfaction scores in our industry. With M|C Partners’ support, we’re now positioned to build on that foundation, investing further in our people and our platform while bringing other outstanding MSPs into the DivergeIT family. I’m proud to continue leading this team into our next chapter of growth.”

“DivergeIT’s track record is a testament to the impressive customer-first culture Jarrod and his team have built,” said Arvind Viswanathan, Principal at M|C Partners. “As IT environments grow increasingly complex and AI reshapes the technology stack, we see tremendous opportunity for DivergeIT to continue serving as the trusted IT advisor and service provider to its customers, and establish itself as a leading platform in the fragmented MSP market.”

“M|C Partners continues to have strong conviction in the MSP market opportunity. Jarrod and his team have built an exceptional foundation from which to build an industry-leading MSP, and we are excited to partner with them through their next phase of growth,” added Gillis Cashman, Managing Partner at M|C Partners.

The transaction underscores M|C Partners’ continued commitment to the technology services sector and its strategy of partnering with market-leading platforms to drive both organic expansion and disciplined, accretive acquisitions. DivergeIT will use the investment to broaden its service portfolio, invest in talent and technology, and pursue additional MSPs as acquisition targets in the coming months.
