As AI transforms cyberattacks, Ridge Security strengthens its leadership team with former ST Engineering executive Ravinder Singh.

Ravinder brings decades of experience leading technology, cybersecurity, defense, and critical infrastructure initiatives across both the public and private sectors. As organizations face increasingly autonomous and AI-driven threats, he will help guide Ridge Security’s strategy and innovation efforts as the company advances its vision for continuous, autonomous security validation.

“AI is fundamentally changing the economics of cyberattacks,” said Nick Mo, CEO and Co-founder of Ridge Security. “Attackers can now identify vulnerabilities, chain attack paths, and operate at a scale that wasn’t possible before. Organizations need to continuously validate what can actually be exploited in their environments. Ravinder has spent decades leading technology, cyber, digital systems, and critical infrastructure businesses at scale, and his experience driving innovation across some of the world’s most complex environments will be invaluable as we continue to innovate.”

Ravinder currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Governors of Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore, and Senior Adviser to ST Engineering, one of Singapore’s largest technology and engineering companies. During his tenure at ST Engineering, he served as Group COO (Technology and Innovation) and President of Defense & Public Security, overseeing businesses spanning digital systems, cybersecurity, land systems, marine, and defense aerospace while driving technology innovations for defense, public safety, security, and critical infrastructure customers worldwide.

“Organizations today face an increasingly complex threat landscape shaped by AI, automation, and rapidly expanding digital environments,” said Ravinder. “Security leaders need continuous visibility into their real-world exposure and the effectiveness of their defenses. Ridge Security’s approach to autonomous validation helps organizations move beyond assumptions and understand what can actually be exploited. I’m excited to join the Advisory Board and support the company’s continued innovation and growth.”

Ravinder joins Ridge Security’s Advisory Board as the company continues to expand its autonomous security validation capabilities, helping organizations move beyond theoretical risk assessments and gain continuous insight into exploitable attack paths and security control effectiveness.
