Former Okta and Saviynt executive to lead global go-to-market strategy as organizations confront Agentic AI Identity Management

Radiant Logic, a pioneer of the Identity Data Fabric and a leader in Identity Visibility and Intelligence Platforms (IVIP), announced the appointment of Eric Neal as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Neal brings more than two decades of enterprise software and identity security sales leadership experience, having held senior revenue roles at some of the industry’s most influential identity companies, including Okta, Saviynt, Omada, and most recently IDMWORKS.

As CRO, Neal will lead Radiant Logic’s global sales organization and go-to-market strategy, helping customers address increasingly complex identity challenges as human identities, non-human identities, and AI agents converge across modern enterprise environments.

“Identity has become the operational control plane for the modern enterprise, but most organizations are still making critical security decisions with incomplete, fragmented, or outdated identity data,” said Dr. John Pritchard, CEO, Radiant Logic. “Eric has spent his career helping customers navigate major shifts in identity and security. His deep understanding of the market, combined with his proven ability to build high-performing teams and scale growth, makes him the ideal leader to help organizations realize the full value of identity observability and security posture management.”

Neal joins Radiant Logic at a pivotal moment as enterprises face what the company describes as the Three Identity Problem: securing human users, non-human identities, and emerging AI agents across increasingly distributed environments. Organizations are recognizing that identity security can no longer be achieved through disconnected tools and siloed data sources.

“Throughout my career, I’ve seen identity evolve from an IT function into a foundational business and security discipline,” said Eric Neal, CRO, Radiant Logic. “Today, organizations are struggling with unprecedented identity complexity, driven by cloud transformation, machine identities, and now AI agents operating across the enterprise. Radiant Logic is uniquely positioned to solve this challenge because it addresses the underlying identity data problem that has limited visibility, governance, and security for years. I’m excited to join the team and help customers build the trusted identity foundation needed for the next era of digital business.”

Neal most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales at IDMWORKS, where he led sales strategy and growth initiatives focused on identity modernization and governance. Prior to that, he held senior sales leadership positions at Omada, Saviynt, and Okta, helping organizations accelerate identity transformation initiatives and strengthen security programs across highly regulated industries.

The appointment reinforces Radiant Logic’s continued investment in market expansion and customer success as demand grows for solutions that provide comprehensive visibility into identity ecosystems, improve security posture, and support the rise of agentic AI.

Radiant Logic’s Identity Data Observability platform enables organizations to discover, understand, and continuously monitor identity data across hybrid, cloud, and SaaS environments, providing the foundation for stronger governance, security, and compliance.
