Datavault AI outlines strategic priorities and intended operational milestones for the third quarter of 2026
The Company’s third-quarter objectives center on commercializing its previously announced Project Qestrel token program, expanding its SanQtum edge AI infrastructure, and advancing a set of specialized data exchange platforms that the Company intends to bring to market as U.S. digital-asset regulation develops.
Datavault AI’s third-quarter priorities include:
- Advancing development of specialized data exchange platforms, including the Information Data Exchange® (IDE), the American Political Exchange (APEX), NIL Vault (NILv) and a Scilex Biotech Exchange, which the Company intends to bring to market for tokenized data, digital twins, name, image and likeness rights, and biotech and genomic assets as, and if, a U.S. digital-asset regulatory framework is enacted.
- Commercialization of the Project Qestrel token ($QEST) program, which Datavault AI and Available Infrastructure’s $1 billion tokenized phase 1 deployment and initial token offering are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026. Datavault AI will provide tokenization, clearing, valuation, and exchange services and generate revenue under contract with Available Infrastructure, as part of an approximately 10-phase, $10 billion nationwide edge buildout.
- Introducing the Data Vault Bank® brand and targeted Q3 completion of acquisition and renaming of US bank with charter for digital assets and the launch of patented Checking.Savings.Data.® banking account technology leveraging Datavault AI’s DataValue and DataScore AI agents.
- Continuing nationwide SanQtum edge infrastructure installations for quantum-ready cybersecurity and edge data centers, consistent with the Company’s previously announced target to expand its network toward 100 U.S. cities in the second half of 2026.
- Execution of Patriot Strategic Minerals tokenization program for RWA assets and subsequent monetization.
- Monetization of MTB, Triton, and Copper Core RWA token assets on our International Elements Exchange.
- Completion of its previously disclosed CyberCatch transaction.
- Completion of its previously announced acquisition of NYIAX Inc., under the definitive agreement signed in March 2026.
- Establishing international trading and blockchain transaction clearing arrangements with network technology partners.
- Continuing development of its AI inference layer, data trust and cybersecurity systems to support scalable growth in selected market sectors as IBM Platinum Partner.
“Our teams in the United States and internationally are focused this quarter on delivering customer solutions built on our patented blockchain and AI technologies,” said Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI. “We have already begun commercializing the $QEST program, continue our SanQtum edge buildout, and advance the exchange platforms we have in development as the U.S. regulatory framework for digital assets takes shape. We will become the international reference and industry standard.”
Teri Gallo, CEO of NYIAX, said, “Combining our blockchain exchange technology with Datavault AI’s valuation systems creates market infrastructure built to meet the disclosure and auditability standards institutions require. As U.S. digital-asset market-structure legislation advances, we are designing these exchanges to bring institutional-grade transparency to digital-asset trading.”
