CMD+CTRL Security, a leader in software security training, announced three additions to its award-winning Base Camp platform: the Dark Money cyber range, Skill Lab 2.0, and AI-Powered Post-Event Reporting.

Dark Money, CMD+CTRL’s 12th immersive cyber range, is a fully functional digital banking platform featuring 33 security challenges across 8 attack surfaces aligned to the CWE Top 25 and OWASP Top 10. Participants trace laundered funds through transfers, loans, bill pay, and a live prediction market called the Oracle. Dark Money debuted at DEF CON 34, where an eight-year CMD+CTRL veteran topped a field of 160 players to win one of only 10 Black Badges awarded across 81 contests at the event.
Skill Lab 2.0 reimagines CMD+CTRL’s hands-on labs from the ground up for speed. Learners now launch straight into a browser-based IDE preloaded with vulnerable code and a mission list, with instant automated feedback and continuously autosaved progress. The first wave covers 24 of CMD+CTRL’s most-used labs across five languages: Java, Python, C#, C++, and Node.js.
AI-Powered Post-Event Reporting puts an AI agent on every engagement. It reads an event’s raw export, maps exposure to the frameworks auditors already use, benchmarks a cohort against anonymized industry peers, and produces a client-branded skills assessment, complete with framework mapping, peer benchmarking, and per-learner development plans, in place of a bare leaderboard. Every figure is traceable to a source row; nothing is inferred, and gaps or mismatches are flagged.
