New customers and renewals demonstrate growing demand for internal network segmentation and containment

Enigma Networks®, the pioneer of Zero Trust for Internal Networks (ZTNX), announced continued customer momentum as organizations confront a rapidly changing cybersecurity environment driven by AI-assisted attacks, autonomous agents, and increasingly sophisticated threats that appear as normal system activity.

AI has reduced the perimeter to little more than a speed bump, and security teams increasingly have to assume they will be breached.

Recent milestones include the addition of Clutch Health as a customer, the renewal of YPrime, and a new customer agreement with a U.S. healthcare manufacturer.

“AI has reduced the perimeter to little more than a speed bump, and security teams increasingly have to assume they will be breached,” said Bob Moul, co-founder and CEO of Enigma Networks. “Containment then becomes paramount – once something is compromised, what can it reach? Enigma AI helps organizations lock down internal networks and shrink the attack surface so that a single compromise does not become catastrophic.”

Customer Momentum Across Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing

Clutch Health selected Enigma AI following a successful proof-of-value pilot. The company processes highly sensitive healthcare data and is using Enigma AI to strengthen visibility and governance across its internal network.

“Enigma AI acts like an always-on security engineer. It continuously analyzes our environment to identify what matters and then proactively delivers those insights to our team,” said Ed Dunkelberger, CISO at Clutch Health.

YPrime, a provider of technology solutions for clinical trials, recently renewed its Enigma AI subscription for another term. YPrime is using the platform to support segmentation across its Azure and on-premises environments, helping limit unnecessary connectivity and contain potential threats.

Enigma Networks also recently signed a new customer agreement with a U.S. manufacturer of critical healthcare products operating multiple production facilities following a successful pilot at one of the company’s manufacturing sites.

Machine-Speed Protection for Machine-Speed Attacks

The customer momentum comes as AI-assisted attacks and autonomous agents are increasing the speed and complexity of the threat environment. Attackers increasingly operate through legitimate credentials, approved protocols, and trusted pathways, making malicious activity more difficult to distinguish from normal behavior.

Enigma AI addresses the problem by continuously learning the role and purpose of assets, determining the minimum communications they need to perform their jobs, and identifying unnecessary trust relationships that expand an organization’s attack surface and potential blast radius. That intelligence is then used to generate least-privilege segmentation and deliver machine-speed detection and containment across existing security infrastructure.

“Prediction-based security will always be important, but organizations can’t depend on predicting every malicious action before it happens,” said Mark Viglione, co-founder and CTO of Enigma Networks. “For years, we optimized for vulnerabilities. AI is forcing us to optimize for blast radius. If you can determine what every asset actually needs to reach and make everything else unreachable, you fundamentally change the economics of an attack.”
