3 E Network Technology Group Limited (Nasdaq: MASK) (the “Company” or “3 E Network”), a business-to-business (“B2B”) information technology (“IT”) business solutions provider, committed to becoming a next-generation artificial intelligence (“AI”) infrastructure solutions provider, today announced the establishment of a comprehensive, high-capacity green energy architecture for its previously announced AI data center in Finland. This development advances the facility’s blueprint into the physical infrastructure planning phase, preparing the facility to support growing demand in the global AI ecosystem.

Advancing from Blueprint to Physical Infrastructure

Following the initial release of the Finnish data center blueprint on September 11, 2026, 3 E Network’s technical division finalized the power infrastructure parameters designed to support ultra-high-density AI clusters. Building on the conceptual design, this multi-megawatt power foundation is designed to address the substantial power requirements of next-generation computing hardware through four core technical pillars:

  • Forward-Compatible Load Capacity: Designed to accommodate the extreme thermal and electrical thresholds of next-generation high-density computing frameworks, such as the NVIDIA Vera Rubin architecture.
  • Modular Power Scalability: Designed to scale power capacity alongside incremental server rack installations, helping reduce potential infrastructure bottlenecks during future capacity expansions.
  • Integrated Thermal Synergy: Integrates electrical load distribution with advanced liquid-cooling loops, with the aim of improving power efficiency across compute nodes and thermal management systems.
  • High-Availability Redundancy: Features robust failover mechanisms and fault-tolerant power topologies to support the reliable electrical delivery required for continuous, long-cycle AI model training.

Strategic ESG and OPEX Advantages of the Nordic Grid

The transition to next-generation AI computing creates significant thermal design power requirements, increasing the importance of energy-efficient and cost-effective data center design. To meet the energy demands of ultra-high-density clusters, 3 E Network designed its energy architecture in the Nordic region. This geography offers direct access to a highly mature renewable utility grid rich in sustainable hydroelectric and wind power, providing an ideal foundation for compute-intensive infrastructure.

Financially, the Company expects this architectural alignment to deliver substantial operational expenditure (“OPEX”) advantages. By pairing low-cost renewable energy with the region’s naturally cool climate, the facility enables greater use of free-cooling capabilities. This approach is designed to lower the Power Usage Effectiveness metric. Simultaneously, localized integration with stable green grids may reduce exposure to energy-price volatility associated with fossil-fuel-dependent energy markets.

Beyond immediate cost efficiencies, integrating with the Nordic grid is expected to strengthen the Company’s competitive position from an Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) perspective. On the Environmental (E) front, leveraging Finland’s highly prevalent fossil-free energy is expected to allow the Company to deliver a 100% carbon-neutral compute foundation. This perfectly aligns with the Scope 3 emissions targets demanded by tier-1 enterprise clients. Regarding Social and Governance (S&G) principles, this strategic commitment to sustainable energy underscores 3 E Network’s dedication to fostering responsible AI and empowering a sustainable digital future. This approach is intended to support the Company’s broader strategy of developing sustainable AI infrastructure.

Empowering the Global “Edge-Cloud Continuum”

This high-capacity energy architectures is intended to support 3 E Network’s participation in the broader “Edge-Cloud Continuum” driving the global AI development. By anchoring this ecosystem with its Finnish data center, the Company empowers the global tech landscape across three interconnected dimensions:

  • The “Cloud” Anchor for Heavy-Compute Processing: Acts as a macro-level “cloud brain” providing computational capacity for AI model training, fine-tuning and multimodal inference.
  • The “Edge” Backend for Distributed Terminals: Serves as the robust cloud counterpart to low-latency edge nodes, which may include smart-city sensors, autonomous vehicles and industrial IoT systems, supporting rapid data offloading and real-time localized responsiveness.
  • The “Continuum” of Seamless Data Integration: Facilitates an efficient bidirectional flow of data between intelligent edge devices and centralized compute hubs. This architecture is intended to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI power to diverse verticals undergoing cross-industry digital transformation.

Strategic Capital Deployment and Engineering Validation

Recent capital initiatives are supporting the continued development of this infrastructure design. The Company confirms that net proceeds from the recently completed $1.0 million private placement with an entity affiliated with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, are being used to support front-end engineering validations. A portion of this capital currently funds advanced thermodynamic simulations and comprehensive electrical load architecture design work to assess and validate the facility’s ability to accommodate the thermal output of next-generation AI hardware.

Furthermore, the Company is using these strategic funds to conduct grid interconnection assessments and engage specialized local electrical engineering expertise. By rapidly allocating resources to initiate environmental impact evaluations and grid integration planning, the Company translates financial capital into tangible technological assets. This proactive deployment significantly shortens the lead time between conceptual blueprint design and physical construction readiness, keeping the Company firmly on track with its strategic commercialization timeline.

Management Commentary

“Defining our high-capacity energy architecture is a fundamental operational milestone for our European infrastructure roadmap,” stated Dr. Tingjun Yang, Chief Executive Officer of 3 E Network. “Next-generation AI computing is as much an energy challenge as it is a technological one. By designing our Finnish data center to leverage the Nordic green grid, we are laying a sustainable, highly scalable, and cost-efficient physical foundation. Supported by our recent internal capital injection, our technical team continues to advance our strategic blueprint with precision. We remain focused on finalizing our grid integration processes and developing the scalable infrastructure required to power the next wave of global AI innovation.”
