NowVertical Group Inc. (TSX-V: NOW) (“NowVertical” or the “Company”), a data and AI solutions and services provider, today announced the expansion of its Google Cloud practice into Brazil, establishing dedicated local capability to support enterprise data modernization and AI programs.
The expansion builds on NowVertical’s established Google Cloud credentials. The Company holds Google Cloud Premier Partner status and specializations in Data & Analytics, Machine Learning and Generative AI. NowVertical was also named the Google Cloud Data & Analytics Partner of the Year for Latin America in both 2025 and 2026.

The expansion brings NowVertical’s partner-led model to Brazil, one of the Company’s largest markets in Latin America. An expanded local team will combine its market and delivery experience with NowVertical’s global Google Cloud capabilities to support cloud migration, data modernization, analytics, Gemini and enterprise AI solutions.
The Google Cloud division will operate alongside NowVertical’s well-established Qlik business in Brazil, enabling the company to address a broader range of customer needs, including cloud-based data architectures, AI platforms, and AI business agents.
