Tricentis, a global leader in enterprise continuous testing, announced the appointment of David Gardiner as Executive Vice President and General Manager of its new DevOps business unit. Gardiner will be responsible for defining and delivering a specialized technology strategy and offerings designed for cloud native development teams who build using DevOps processes and tools. The DevOps business unit is a critical new company expanded focus, in addition to the continued support of core enterprise testing, providing customers with the specific tools needed to engineer quality throughout the development lifecycle, whether that’s with an enterprise end-to-end IT process or a new cloud native product.

Gardiner joins Tricentis from Trace, an Austin-based software development company, where he serves as a board member and advisor. Previously at SolarWinds, he held numerous roles including Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Executive Vice President of International Sales and Business Development, and most recently Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to SolarWinds, David led business development at Motive, BroadJump Inc., and Trilogy, Inc.
