H.I.G. Capital Portfolio Company, Milestone Technologies, Acquires Software Management Consultants, Inc.

H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”), a leading global alternative investment firm with $45 billion of equity capital under management, announced that its portfolio company, Milestone Technologies (“Milestone” or the “Company”), has acquired Software Management Consultants, Inc. (“SMCI”), based in Glendale, CA., to extend Milestone’s footprint and bolster its IT managed services portfolio.

“SMCI adds a deep bench of delivery and management talent to Milestone’s already strong team and will allow the Company to further support its customers in their digital transformation initiatives.”

With over 35 years of working with clients and helping them deliver IT Solutions, SMCI has built deep expertise in delivering IT and digital transformation solutions, including running large scale PMO initiatives and providing talent management services across many industries.
