New API integration enhances data sharing for dealerships and technology partners through Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC)
Dealerware has integrated with Tekion’s Automotive Partner Cloud (APC), joining a growing ecosystem of technology providers that connect with Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC). This collaboration enables more efficient data exchange between systems, helping dealership productivity across operations.
With this integration, dealerships using Tekion’s ARC can now connect Dealerware’s fleet management and mobility platform, supporting real-time vehicle availability at service appointment booking as well as automatic syncing of customer, vehicle, RO, reservation data, unified customer messaging, and payment collection. This connection helps streamline daily processes and provides dealers greater flexibility in choosing the technology solutions that best support their business.

“Every extra user login and every disconnected dealership system introduces more time and friction into the consumer experience. Our deeper integration with ARC reduces that time and removes that friction, letting dealership teams work inside the tools they already use while data moves freely between them. Frictionless user experiences for the dealership teams create smoother experiences for the consumer,” said Matt Carpenter, CEO, Dealerware.
