Carrier Global Corporation  announced it has completed the acquisition of Nlyte Software (“Nlyte”). The acquisition follows Carrier’s announcement on September 22, 2021 of the agreement to acquire. Carrier is the leading global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable and intelligent building and cold chain solutions.
