New AI agents support IT monitoring, business applications, search visibility, software development and lead intelligence, plus fixed-fee AI consulting.
Technijian, an Irvine, California-based managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance partner to small and mid-sized businesses since 2000, today announced the relaunch of technijian.com and introduced the Jian AI Agent family. The launch reflects a company-wide expansion of AI-forward service delivery and makes five purpose-built AI agents available to organizations seeking to lower IT, software, marketing, and lead-generation costs.
AI has already changed how we deliver on that promise from the inside. Every agent in the Jian family exists to pass that efficiency on.”
— Ravi Jain, Founder and CEO
Before developing AI products for clients, Technijian deployed AI across its own service delivery. A four-person team now runs the company’s SEO service line at roughly the output of a 10-to-15-person agency. The same internal multi-agent system automates weekly status reporting for approximately eight clients. A separate AI document-intelligence system reduced request-for-proposal turnaround for FINRA-registered broker-dealer clients from days to minutes while decreasing manual review by 60% to 80%.
The Jian AI Agent family applies that operational experience across five business functions.
My Jian AI Agent provides continuous monitoring and triage, identifying, diagnosing, and ticketing issues before a technician begins an investigation. Real-time alerting flags critical events within 15 minutes. The platform is designed to replace several separate monitoring and IT service-management tools while automating routine fixes after they are proven safe, at approximately 40% of name-brand pricing.
Jian for Applications creates a purpose-built AI agent for a line-of-business application, with engagements starting at $6,000. My Jian Visibility provides SEO, AI-search optimization, and digital advertising services at approximately 25% of typical agency spend.
My Jian Developer is an AI-agent software-delivery pipeline. Based on Technijian’s production work, the company estimates that the system delivers projects 50% to 70% faster than traditional development approaches. My Jian Pursuit uses public records, including building permits, county filings, and contract awards, to create scored, ready-to-contact business leads. Pricing for My Jian Pursuit starts at $1,499 per month. In one production run, the pipeline identified 24 Tier-1 leads for a luxury home builder in 75 minutes.
Four of the five agents are launching alongside the redesigned site, while My Jian Pursuit is already operating in production.

Technijian is also expanding My AI Consulting, a separate practice for small and mid-sized businesses that do not have an internal AI team. Its Assess, Build, Train, Advise framework identifies appropriate workflow opportunities, develops agents and automations, and trains employees to use the resulting systems. The practice uses fixed-fee engagement pricing and is led by Technijian Founder and CEO Ravi Jain.
“For 25 years, Technijian has helped small and mid-sized businesses run IT that just works,” said Jain. “AI has already changed how we deliver on that promise from the inside. Every agent in the Jian family exists to pass that efficiency on. This relaunch makes that shift official: the same AI practice that supports our delivery is now something we help clients build for themselves.”
The redesigned website organizes 15 services across Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Compliance, Software and AI, and Consulting around the questions clients ask. It also expands Technijian’s published results through anonymized case studies covering nine industries.
The redesigned Technijian homepage presents the company’s expanded service catalog and Jian AI Agent family. Additional launch details are available on Technijian’s official Jian AI Agent family announcement page. Businesses evaluating adoption strategy can also review My AI Consulting.
