Integris, a leading provider of managed AI and IT services, today announced the completion of its acquisition of First Focus following receipt of regulatory approval. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Integris’ growth, bringing together complementary expertise, technology resources and talent to accelerate innovation and expand the value Integris delivers to customers.
The acquisition strengthens Integris’ ability to help organizations navigate the rapidly evolving technology landscape, particularly as businesses move from AI experimentation to AI execution. By combining the strengths of both organizations, Integris is positioned to further invest in managed AI capabilities, technology innovation and the resources required to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
Integris will continue to prioritize localized expertise and customer needs, with the added benefit of a broader pool of talent, technology and capabilities.

First Focus will continue its operations independently, maintaining service to its established customers base throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally. The organization’s leadership and expertise will also play an important role in advancing Integris’ product and service strategy. Ross Sardi, previously CEO of First Focus, will join Integris as chief innovation officer, bringing deep expertise in technology, product development and managed services to the company’s growing AI strategy.
