Houston MSP brings 24/7 support, security, and cloud management to companies with 10 to 250 employees at a predictable monthly cost
Innovorbs Technologies, a global managed service provider (MSP) and IT solutions company, today announced Innovorbs Essentials, a flat-fee managed IT and cybersecurity program designed for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). The program gives growing companies the same 24/7 monitoring, security controls, and expert support that Innovorbs delivers to enterprise clients, packaged for teams that do not have a full-time IT department.
Small businesses are told enterprise-grade IT is out of reach. It is not.”
— Tayyab Muhammad, CEO & Founder, Innovorbs Technologies
Innovorbs Essentials bundles six services under one monthly agreement:
– 24/7 help desk and remote support
– Managed endpoint protection and patching
– Microsoft 365 and cloud administration
– Automated backup and disaster recovery
– Network monitoring and Wi-Fi management
– Quarterly virtual CIO planning that ties technology spending to business goals
Optional add-ons include compliance readiness for HIPAA and PCI DSS, security awareness training, and on-site engineering.

The launch responds to a gap Innovorbs sees across its client base: SMBs face the same ransomware, downtime, and compliance risks as large enterprises but typically rely on break-fix vendors or a single overworked employee. Innovorbs Essentials replaces unpredictable repair bills with a fixed cost, a named account manager, and defined response times.
“Small businesses are told enterprise-grade IT is out of reach. It is not,” said Tayyab Muhammad, CEO and founder of Innovorbs Technologies. “We built Essentials so a 20-person clinic or a 150-person distributor gets the same security posture and the same people as our largest accounts, at a price that fits their budget.”
Onboarding includes a free IT and security assessment, a 30-day migration plan, and no long-term contract for the first 90 days. The program is available to companies across Greater Houston and, for cloud and remote services, nationwide.
