Gorilla Technology Files Universal Shelf Registration Statement on Form F-3

Gorilla Technology Group a global provider of AI-based edge video analytics, IoT technologies, and cybersecurity announced that it has filed a universal shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The filing enhances the company’s financial maneuverability, enabling greater access to the capital markets to fund Gorilla’s growth.

“In light of our rapid expansion and heavy investment in product enhancement, we will require funding to sustain our growth trajectory. With around $300 million of won business, we have great visibility on near-term revenue growth. As we grow rapidly, this filing enables us to secure the necessary funds to fuel our ongoing growth, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to grow the top and bottom lines and enhance shareholder value,” said Gorilla CEO, Jay Chandan.
