ActiveInsights Voice of Customer Solution from Wavicle Data Solutions Available in AWS Marketplace
Powered by AWS, ActiveInsights has been shown to increase accuracy of customer feedback analysis by up to 70%.

Wavicle Data Solutions, a leading data analytics firm offering cloud migration services and data management consulting, announced the availability of its ActiveInsightsTM voice of the customer (VOC) solution in AWS Marketplace, a curated digital catalog that customers can use to find, buy, deploy, and manage third-party software, data, and services to build solutions and run their businesses on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

With ActiveInsights, customer experience organizations can quickly aggregate millions of customer responses about their products and services to derive valuable customer feedback insights up to 10 times faster and 70% more accurately than alternative solutions.

“ActiveInsights has been perfected over years of work with some of the most notable names in the restaurant industry,” stated Duane Lyons, Practice Area Lead at Wavicle Data Solutions. “We are excited to now offer ActiveInsights in AWS Marketplace, making it available more broadly to consumer-facing travel and hospitality organizations seeking to better understand the customer experience they deliver and how they can continuously improve upon it.”

Powered by Amazon Comprehend, ActiveInsights uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to analyze unstructured text-based data from multiple sources of customer feedback, including internal and third-party sources. These include customer satisfaction surveys and chat logs, as well as social media and online review platforms.

Additionally, it identifies customer sentiment beyond currently available solutions with natural language processing (NLP) programmed to recognize complex sentence structure, industry terminology, and jargon.  ActiveInsights parses those comments into detailed sub-comments, assigning positive, negative, or neutral sentiments with industry-specific themes and categories.

All information is displayed via Amazon QuickSight through a dashboard, making it easier to see high-level trends or deep detail in just a few clicks.

Wavicle also announced three bundled service offerings that help users set up and achieve value from ActiveInsights faster:

ActiveInsights Quick-Start: An install-and-configure solution that allows clients to customize menu items, connect to a single source of feedback data, and build extract, transform, and load (ETL) to load data into ActiveInsights.

ActiveInsights Custom Classification: Wavicle recommends topics and creates templates for training and testing data to build a model based on client-provided data.

ActiveInsights for Tableau: For clients that already use Tableau for their user interface, Wavicle will install Tableau with ActiveInsights and provide one week of training and customization for the client.
