“This is an exciting time to join Gearlinx,” said Matt Ramsay, CEO of Gearlinx. “For the last few years, the team has focused on innovating a next generation edge compute and a cloud first platform. They approached the problem from the customer’s operational perspective and worked backwards to produce an ‘as a service’ offering. I’m looking forward to transforming the business, expanding the team, and executing on the long-term strategy.”

“As we continue to receive positive feedback from existing customers, we have decided to take that next step and tackle the wider market,” said David McCullough, Chairman of the Board of Gearlinx. “It was always the plan once we had the core technology in place: we needed to bring on that next level of business acumen. This allows me to focus on technology, while Matt can drive strategic direction and maturity and launch our products. He has spent decades with one foot in engineering and the other planted in sales, business development and executive leadership. We need someone to execute and take our technology to market and grow sales, marketing, and operations. We are ready and can’t be more excited to have him join us.”
