PowerSchool the leading provider of cloud-based software for K-12 education in North America, announced it has been named a winner in the 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Award presented by Business Intelligence Group. PowerSchool’s Education Impact Consulting (EIC) Team was selected for the program’s Consultant of the Year category based on the team’s ongoing efforts serving as strategic advisors for PowerSchool customers and providing customers with new resources to further their adoption of PowerSchool solutions and improve student outcomes.

Since 2020, PowerSchool’s EIC Team has focused on creating initiatives geared toward upleveling customers’ product knowledge, expanding best practice offerings available for PowerSchool users, and enhancing the customer experience to ensure customers are getting the most out of their PowerSchool partnership. Notably, the EIC Team created a one-to-many customer engagement model, launched a new process for customers to request additional product support, and created the PowerSchool Power-Ups program to share best practices across PowerSchool customers. PowerSchool provides these offerings at no additional cost to customers and has improved feature adoption among schools and districts around the world.
