“The experience with ReliaQuest has been very strong, in general. They have an extensive support team, including capable PMs, CSMs, technical experts, and of course the security operations team.”

ReliaQuest was rated 4.8 out of 5 for overall satisfaction levels, and 94% of reviewers responded that they would recommend ReliaQuest to their peers. Being placed in the sought-after upper-right quadrant of the Voice of the Customer report means ReliaQuest is recognized with the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice distinction, exceeding the market average for overall experience and the market average for user interest and adoption.

The report is based on feedback from 133 ReliaQuest customers who contributed reviews. One noted that ReliaQuest is “Living up to the vision of Make Security Possible,” adding that “ReliaQuest is a critical ally in protecting our assets from cyber criminals and other threat actors. We are perfectly aligned on how we think about detection and response to cybersecurity threats.”

Another said: “The experience with ReliaQuest has been very strong, in general. They have an extensive support team, including capable PMs, CSMs, technical experts, and of course the security operations team.”
