With hundreds of thousands of employees, the telecom provides fixed line, mobile and internet services for consumers and businesses across more than 50 countries. The telecom also uses Radware’s Alteon application delivery controller to manage application traffic, optimize application availability and performance, and keep its applications and data secure.

“Our strong technical delivery and the close ties we’ve built over the years have served as the foundation for this expanded customer relationship,” said Yoav Gazelle, Radware’s chief business officer. “We understand the careful balance between meeting user demands for more data and connectivity and providing the advanced security needed to protect infrastructure from increasing cyber threats. It’s why the world’s leading telecoms continue to choose Radware as their security partner.”

Using advanced behavioral algorithms, Radware’s DDoS defense is designed to accurately detect and block malicious traffic, ensure uninterrupted availability, and protect networks from today’s most damaging threats. This includes Burst, DNS, DDoS and encrypted Web DDoS attacks, as well as ransom DDoS campaigns, IoT botnets, phantom floods, and other types of cyberattacks.
