Vulnerability Defense introduces AI-driven vulnerability remediation with real-time detection and unified protection across all endpoints

Omnissa, a leading digital work platform company, announces Workspace ONE® Vulnerability Defense, a new AI-driven security offering that transforms how organizations manage vulnerabilities across all endpoints and apps, both physical and virtual. Soon to be in limited availability, the solution combines the company’s market-leading unified endpoint management (UEM) solution, Omnissa Workspace ONE, with CrowdStrike Falcon® Exposure Management, enabling proactive security and faster remediation across the digital workspace.

Endpoint management and endpoint security tools are often fragmented, leading to siloed operations, limited visibility and manual collaboration processes to remediate known vulnerabilities once they are identified. As patching delays continue, so does an organization’s attack surface, leaving it exposed to cyber threats.

Launching in late 2025, Workspace ONE Vulnerability Defense unifies vulnerability management, UEM, and digital employee experience (DEX) on the Omnissa platform. By converging security and endpoint management, organizations can gain unified visibility across all endpoints and applications—physical and virtual, while reducing complexity and supporting a proactive security posture that can be scaled across all types of digital touchpoints.

“we continue in our security-first strategy for the Omnissa digital workspace platform,” said Bharath Rangarajan, senior vice president of products and technology alliances at Omnissa. “Our collaboration with CrowdStrike builds on our comprehensive platform ecosystem to protect every endpoint, every interaction, and every user without sacrificing the employee experience. By converging endpoint management and security with the AI-driven core capabilities of the Omnissa platform, we’re giving customers the ability to remediate faster, reduce risk, and strengthen security hygiene across their organization.”

The Workspace ONE Vulnerability Defense solution increases visibility, automatically maps vulnerabilities to impacted endpoints, and prioritizes them for faster threat response through targeted workflows and prepackaged updates. The Omnissa platform receives security status directly from the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform, and IT teams can collaborate more easily through dashboards and reports. By implementing phased deployment with experience monitoring via the DEX solution, IT teams can also provide smooth, reliable outcomes through the remediation lifecycle. With Workspace ONE Vulnerability Defense, IT teams can deliver critical updates faster and automate application and OS remediation and patching through UEM to reduce attack surface.

Over time, Omnissa will enable customers to integrate additional security feeds via the Omnissa platform open ecosystem, which can provide customers with more flexibility as they strengthen their security posture.

Omnissa Workspace ONE Vulnerability Defense builds on the Omnissa Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) solution, which now offers increased protection against SMS-based phishing (smishing) attempts with pre-click smishing assessment and prevention. With the combination of these solutions, Omnissa now offers a full-spectrum endpoint risk and remediation strategy that spans desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual apps.

Looking ahead, Omnissa is bringing agentic services to its platform with Omnissa AI, and the first pre-built workflow will be an agentic version of Workspace ONE Vulnerability Defense, coming soon, that automatically recommends and executes remediation steps, turning manual processes into autonomous outcomes for even faster patching and improved security hygiene.
