Mika’s new team will be a significant growth engine for CYE’s SAAS solution. It will assist with analyzing and evaluating existing customer needs in order to identify ways CYE can deliver added value while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining CYE, Mika was a senior manager at Ernst and Young, serving in numerous management roles supporting global organizations as well as small-to-medium local organizations across a number of areas, including security and customer success. Mika holds a BA in management (magna cum laude) and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.

“The combination of the unique products and solutions that CYE offers its customers together with the expertise of former Israeli national intelligence was the reason why CYE was the first company I turned to for the next professional challenge,” says Mika Daniel, CYE’s VP Customer Service. “Clients are presented with a product that is simple, visual, and a meaningful tool to assist an organization’s key decision makers with respect to cybersecurity.
