Lookout Integrates AI Chatbot Into Partner Platform to Streamline Access to Resources and Accelerate Partner Success

Lookout, Inc., the data-centric cloud security company, today announced it has integrated an advanced AI-driven chatbot by Embrace.ai within the Lookout Partner Hub portal to streamline access to essential sales resources and boost overall efficiency for the Company’s alliance, technology integration, channel and managed security service provider (MSSP) partners.

“They can now tap into the value of an extensive content library using generative AI and have self-serve access to key information about Lookout’s offerings. This comprehensive support system is designed to help Lookout partners drive increased profitability and customer retention.”

The Lookout Partner Hub, which is based on Impartner’s partner relationship management (PRM) solution, provides Lookout channel partners with easy and transparent access to essential sales and support resources. Through the portal, they can register and view deal opportunities, find key documents to support prospect and customer conversations and stay updated on the latest news and product updates. Additionally, the portal offers access to the Lookout Partner Academy, where they can complete sales and pre-sales online training courses to become Lookout Qualified.

The integration of Embrace.ai’s advanced chatbot, Expert Virtual Assistant (EVA), will significantly elevate the partner experience by offering an intuitive, intelligent interface for accessing critical information such as sales and marketing resources about Lookout offerings.

The Lookout Partner Hub’s Expert Virtual Assistant is designed to:

  • Simplify Resource Access: Partners can now effortlessly query the Expert Virtual Assistant in their preferred language to get answers from a library of materials like thought leadership articles, solution briefs, battle cards and marketing campaigns — ensuring immediate, relevant results.
