Hypori Announces Key Leadership Promotions: Jim Cushman Elevated to President and Eric Wang to SVP of Product and Engineering

Strategic appointments to accelerate innovation and strengthen Hypori’s market leadership in secure mobile access

Hypori, the innovative mobile access platform provider enabling secure virtual access to enterprise apps and data from any mobile device with total personal privacy, is proud to announce the promotions of Jim Cushman to President and Eric Wang to Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product and Engineering. Effective January 1, 2025, these strategic promotions will drive continued product development, elevate operational excellence, and position Hypori for expanded reach in defense, government, and commercial markets.

Cushman joined Hypori in 2021 as Chief Product Officer. Under his leadership in 2024, Hypori successfully transitioned its on-premises Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering to a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, delivering unprecedented scalability and flexibility to its customers. In his new role as President of Hypori, Cushman, reporting to CEO Jared Shepard, is focused on implementing operational excellence across the company and empowering Wang to challenge the product and engineering team for continuous improvements and innovative advancements to help our customers overcome their mobile access challenges.

As President, Cushman brings three decades of strategic product development and high-growth experience, which he will use to lead Hypori’s mission of enabling secure, edge-based access for organizations across industries. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in delivering innovative technology solutions for startups and global enterprise businesses. His expertise in building private and public cloud platforms positions Hypori to further develop its zero-trust solutions and maintain its status as a leader in secure virtual access.
