Help desk software provider iSupport has released Version 17.5 of their Incident Management and Service Desk solutions.

In a continued focus on enhancing the collaborative work experience of remote workers, this release includes Microsoft Teams Planner integration, performance and security enhancements, and added metrics for reporting. Enhancements also include new options for iSupport’s survey, approval, notification, rule, and mySupport functionality.
