Entrust, a global leader in identity-centric security solutions, announced the appointments of Ajay Jindal as Senior Vice President of Business Process & Automation and Erika Cowen as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Both leaders report to Tony Ball, CEO of Entrust, and join the company’s Senior Leadership Team.

Ajay Jindal, SVP of Business Process & Automation

As Senior Vice President of Business Process & Automation, Ajay Jindal will focus on strengthening business process maturity, accelerating automation initiatives, and unlocking the practical benefits of AI for the organization. His work will be central to how Entrust scales operations and simplifies services for customers, partners, and suppliers.

Jindal joins Entrust from Deloitte, where he led large‑scale digital transformation initiatives, modernized enterprise operations, and delivered measurable outcomes across complex, global organizations.

Erika Cowen, SVP of Customer Success

As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Erika Cowen leads the Entrust Customer Success organization, encompassing customer success management, technical support, and professional services. She is focused on strengthening end‑to‑end customer experiences, driving measurable outcomes, that drive long-term customer retention and growth.

Cowen joins Entrust from F5, where she served as Vice President of Customer Success and built global teams supporting large enterprise customers in highly complex environments.
