Cytracom, a leading provider of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions purpose-built for managed service providers (MSPs), today announced the appointment ofย Nikhil Harshย as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Since joining Cytracom, Harsh has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s sales efforts and driving results across partner conversion and retention. Under his leadership, Cytracom has more than doubled the number of partners transacting monthly.

“Nikhil’s unique combination of sales leadership, channel expertise, and financial discipline makes him an ideal fit for this role,” saidย Zane Conkle, CEO of Cytracom. “He brings a partner-first mindset that’s deeply aligned with our mission, and his ability to lead with both strategy and empathy will continue to strengthen our relationships and results across the partner community.”

Before joining Cytracom, Harsh built a career at the intersection of finance, sales, and partner strategy. He began in investment banking before earning his MBA, later joining Datto, where he held leadership roles during the company’s rapid expansion, including multiple acquisitions and eventual IPO. His experience navigating these high-impact growth phases, especially in translating acquisitions into partner success, gives him a rare perspective on what it takes to scale a platform while maintaining strong partner alignment.

As CRO, Harsh is responsible for revenue capture through new and expanding partner relationships, including sales execution, partner onboarding and enablement, partner success, and revenue operations. He will focus on helping partners achieve long-term value with Cytracom’s solutionsโ€”turning interest into activation and loyalty.

“Cytracom’s commitment to execution, innovation, and partner success is what drew me hereโ€”and it’s what makes this next chapter so meaningful,” said Harsh. “I’m passionate about helping MSPs build value and scale their businesses, and I look forward to continuing that mission alongside this incredible team.”

Harsh’s appointment comes as Cytracom expands its platform strategy. Having completed two acquisitions, it is continuing to evaluate strategic growth opportunities. His track record in integrating new capabilities into go-to-market execution will support Cytracom’s long-term vision of delivering a unified infrastructure platform purpose-built for MSPs.
