Falcon Complete’s elite security analysts build and orchestrate intelligent agents to stop AI-accelerated threats, while new services help organizations operationalize the agentic SOC

CrowdStrike unveiled Agentic MDR, delivering the next evolution of managed detection and response. Falcon Complete’s elite analysts build and deploy intelligent agents to automate high-friction security workflows and stop breaches at machine speed, creating a closed-loop system that gets smarter with every engagement.

“CrowdStrike pioneered managed detection and response and Agentic MDR carries that leadership into the AI era,” said Austin Murphy, VP & GM of Falcon Complete. “As AI-powered adversaries move faster than defenders can respond, security operations must accelerate beyond manual workflows to machine-speed defense. Agentic MDR combines elite human expertise with agents so our defenders can investigate and respond at the speed modern attacks demand.”

AI-Accelerated Adversaries Exploit the Cybersecurity Skills Gap

AI-enabled adversaries increased operations by 89% year-over-year while the average eCrime breakout time fell to just 29 minutes, forcing defenders to operate at greater speed and scale than ever before. Security teams process thousands of detections every day, often relying on manual triage and response workflows to separate signal from noise and stop breaches with confidence. With a widening skills gap and rising cost pressure, improving speed and precision without adding headcount is a strategic imperative.

Agentic MDR Outpaces the Adversary

Agentic MDR redefines managed defense for the AI era, using agents to augment expert analysts to streamline high-friction workflows and scale elite protection across enterprise environments.

AI reasoning models are further accelerating agentic investigations. Building on its expanded collaboration with NVIDIA, CrowdStrike is evaluating reasoning capabilities powered by NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Nano and Nemotron Super models within Agentic MDR. NVIDIA Nemotron models deliver maximum compute efficiency and accuracy, enabling Falcon Complete to process high volumes of security data and make precise, real-time decisions at scale. Internal testing demonstrates up to 5x faster investigations1 and more than 3x higher triage accuracy in high-confidence benign classification performance2 when powered by NVIDIA Nemotron Nano and Nemotron Super models.

Services to Operationalize the Agentic SOC

CrowdStrike also launched new SOC Transformation Services to help internal teams modernize security operations. Led by CrowdStrike’s expert SOC operators, these services transform SIEM, data pipelines, agentic workflows, and governance, helping organizations migrate to Falcon® Next-Gen SIEM and establishing the data and operational requirements for the agentic SOC.

Together, Falcon Complete and CrowdStrike Services give organizations a clear path to agentic SOC transformation, with CrowdStrike operating it through Falcon Complete or helping organizations build their own capabilities internally.
