Axiad, a global identity security leader, today announced a strategic expansion of its engineering presence in India with the formal launch of the Axiad India Development Center (IDC) in Hyderabad. This move reinforces Axiad’s commitment to global innovation and identity-first security by scaling its research and development (R&D) footprint, enhancing customer-facing engineering capabilities and pioneering AI-driven identity security initiatives.

As part of this investment, Axiad has appointed Ketan Dudhane as director of engineering in India. A seasoned technology leader, Dudhane brings nearly two decades of experience leading globally distributed engineering teams and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs at Deloitte and Principal Global Services.

Dudhane will lead all product engineering operations in India, collaborate closely with Axiad’s United States headquarters and drive development across Axiad’s flagship products — Axiad Conductor and Axiad Mesh — which help organizations eliminate identity risks with phishing-resistant authentication.
