A-LIGN, a leading provider in cybersecurity compliance, has added five new members to the Board, including a new Board Chair, following its recent investment from Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses. The new board members are Nancy Lewis (Chair of the Board), Michael Branca, Hector Guinness, Joris Van Gool, and William Holmes (Board Directors).

Over the past two decades, he has served as CFO for multiple private equity-owned portfolio companies, leading them all to successful exits totaling more than $2.0B by driving business performance through strategy development and operational execution.
