RPI Consultants Expands Yoga Flexible Software with AI, Empowering Organizations with Cutting-Edge Technology

RPI Consultants, a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, optimization, and software firm recently expanded the capabilities of its core SaaS solution, Yoga Flexible Software. Now leveraging advanced AI from Microsoft and OpenAI, the cloud-based platform offers enhanced functionality for finance and supply chain management (FSM), human capital management (HCM), and ERP application integrations.

Customers will benefit a great deal from the AI enhancements, most notably within FSM. Yoga for FSM streamlines accounts payable (AP) operations by converting paper invoices into a digital format and enabling seamless one-touch processes. With self-learning AI and intuitive dashboards, Yoga for FSM provides real-time insights and visibility into supplier liabilities.

In addition, the Yoga platform assists with various HCM tasks, such as managing non-employee data requests and creating automated workflows for processing employee information.

Beyond AP automation and HCM processing, Yoga also establishes user-friendly interface management for cloud-based and on-premise applications. Officially called Yoga Connect, the Azure-powered system includes modern SaaS integration technology and intuitive standardization, allowing for easy customization and efficient management across ERP applications.

Yoga Flexible Software ultimately helps organizations get more out of their ERP systems, without the hassle of having to allocate resources for maintaining additional point solutions. By filling various ERP gaps, organizations can streamline their processes, optimize workflows, and strengthen customer relations.

“Because Yoga is on the cloud, it has zero impact on a client’s IT infrastructure,” Chad Tucker, Yoga practice director said. “RPI does all the development, updates, integration, and maintenance so that our customers don’t need to worry about resource support.”

“Chad and the rest of the team have been working tirelessly to get Yoga to where it is today,” RPI Consultants’ managing partner, Keith Wayland said. “I can’t wait to see how they further enhance Yoga with AI.”
