Neal Singh, industry veteran from Microsoft, GE, and Icertis, joins Zenoti as President & COO

Accomplished software executive brings more than 20 years of experience to the beauty and wellness software leader

Zenoti, the industry leader powering more than 25,000 beauty and wellness businesses with vertically focused SaaS software for salons, spas, medspas, and fitness centers, today announced the appointment of Neal Singh as President & COO. Singh, a software industry veteran with 20-plus years of experience, will lead all Zenoti product and delivery functions, spanning engineering, product management, implementation services, customer success, and support. He will also drive Zenoti’s investments in the payments and fintech categories.

A seasoned executive, Singh has been recognized throughout his career as a thought leader in enterprise solutions and technology. As COO at Icertis, he played a key role in their rapid growth, building a leading enterprise SaaS company that’s recognized by Gartner, Forbes Cloud 100, and the Financial Times. Earlier, Singh was President and CEO at Caradigm, a GE Healthcare company, and a member of the Caradigm executive leadership team since the company’s inception.

Previously, Singh was at Microsoft for over a decade. He helped build the Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise ERP product portfolio and was a Partner General Manager of the Global Team.
