Pulling from a strong bench of company leaders, CEO Christina Kosmowski elevated Navare to her executive leadership team, where, as CTO, Navare will be responsible for leading LogicMonitor’s technology strategy and overseeing engineering and cloud operations. With more than 20 years of experience in building enterprise software in the monitoring domain, he has led several globally distributed engineering, operations, UX and data science teams.
“Given the increasing strategic importance of IT readiness as companies shift even more to digital business, we are accelerating our technology innovation to extend LogicMonitor’s leadership in the observability market,” said Christina Kosmowski, CEO, LogicMonitor. “With Nitin’s experience and impressive track record here at LogicMonitor, I am confident he will drive innovation initiatives across product lines that will exceed our customers’ expectations. He has built an exceptionally talented team that will help us scale our business, advance our growth agenda and help our customers thrive.”
Navare joined LogicMonitor in 2018 as Vice President of Engineering and Cloud Operations. During his tenure, Navare has played a critical role in scaling the development and operations of the LogicMonitor unified observability platform, which monitors 600 billion metrics per day across two million active devices. While expanding the engineering department from approximately 50 to 375 team members to support the company’s accelerating growth, Navare has driven the strategy and execution of major product capabilities, including capabilities in LM Logs, TopologySources and AIOps Early Warning System.

“Giving CIOs critical visibility across ever-complex technology environments is foundational to assuring reliability and continuity in this rapidly evolving digital business environment,” said Nitin Navare, CTO, LogicMonitor. “I’m proud to lead this growing technology innovation team at LogicMonitor. The work we do every day helps our customers solve their biggest pain points and allows them to stay one step ahead of the challenges to come, while also enabling them to achieve new levels of business resilience and performance.”
Prior to joining LogicMonitor, Navare held several leadership positions at Silicon Valley-based startup ProactiveNet, which had a successful exit resulting in an acquisition by BMC Software. Here, Navare architected and delivered their first SaaS monitoring product as part of the “TrueSight” portfolio.
Since her appointment as CEO in January, Kosmowski has built a strong and diverse leadership team, made up of some of the industry’s best executive talent, with Navare joining Carol Lee as Chief Financial Officer, Will Corkery as Chief Revenue Officer, Alyene Schneidewind as Chief Performance Officer and Julie Solliday as Chief Customer Officer.
