Dialpad Announces New Partner Success Portal
Company sees strong growth, invests more heavily in the channel starting with new partner experience

Dialpad, Inc., the leading AI-powered cloud communications platform, announced its brand-new Dialpad Partner Success Portal, which arrives on the heels of a record-breaking year for the company. The portal will provide reseller partners with the resources and tools that enable them to grow alongside Dialpad.

The Dialpad Partner Success Portal launch arrives on the heels of a record-breaking year for the company who saw its best year across the channel, including:

● Overall Growth: Dialpad’s channel represented 53% of overall sales in 2020, yielding 104% growth year over year.

● More Master Agents: In addition to standing relationships with Avant, Intelisys, Telarus, SHI, Softchoice and Sprint, Dialpad signed new Master Agent partnerships with TBI, TCG, Sandler, Tradewinds and MicroCorp for expansion into global markets.

● New Partners: New national partnerships with Trace3 and Insight were established, adding to Dialpad’s growing roster of channel partners.

● Team Expansion: Dialpad tripled its regional channel manager team, added three new Master Agent Directors and hired key regional channel leaders.

● Industry Recognition: Intelisys honored Dialpad with the “Top Growth % Supplier Award” in 2020, recognizing the company’s fast-growing UCaaS and CCaaS platform.

The Partner Success Portal is the first in a range of updates Dialpad has in store for its channel program. The company is also building out a new Inside Channel Management (ICM) team to better support Dialpad’s growing Channel program. The ICM program will provide a tailored, white-glove experience in an effort to deepen relationships with partners.
