Each 30-minute episode will be hosted by Alexander Ferguson, who will ask company founders and CEOs pivotal questions surrounding four main themes:
- Staff: The hiring process, important staffing decisions to scale
- Projects: Project management lessons, how you bid, generating new business
- Service: Client relationships, measuring success, what you do when things go wrong
- Brand: What took you from amateur to professional, how do you compete
New episodes of “The BigTime Podcast” are available biweekly as of January 12. The first episode of the series features Brian Saunders, founder and CEO of BigTime Software Inc., who discusses his goal for the series along with sharing his tips on how to successfully grow a professional services firm from the ground up. The second episode introduces listeners to Enrico Schaefer, CEO of Traverse Legal, who explains how law firms are leveraging technology to grow their firms and land new clients.
