Kota is a seasoned technology executive and currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions. He brings more than two decades of experience as a leader in leading the digital transformation of enterprise technology and global operations at large organizations.

He previously served as Senior Vice President and CIO at Autodesk, where he led the company’s cloud transformation, data platforms, and operational scale initiatives.
