View Systems launches View Desktop and View Cloud, two solutions designed to accelerate AI adoption by eliminating the need for expensive infrastructure and long development cycles.
View Cloud empowers enterprises to validate AI use cases rapidly and create deployable AI experiences across web, desktop, and collaboration platforms. By removing the traditional requirement of owning or managing physical infrastructure, organizations can move from concept to AI-powered solutions in minutes, not months. This cloud-based platform supports a wide range of deployment options including web agents, Slackbots, Teams bots, SMS, and API integrations, providing unmatched flexibility and rapid zero-to-AI in minutes.
Complementing this cloud offering, View Desktop extends AI capabilities directly to users’ desktops and laptops. It enables deployment of AI powered by both enterprise and private knowledge bases, ensuring data security and local control. The View Desktop offering is in beta with two editions:
- The Personal edition offers local knowledge base creation, automatic data ingestion and file monitoring, and supports AI completions powered by View, Ollama, OpenAI, or ChatGPT.
- The Enterprise edition seamlessly integrates with existing View deployments and knowledge bases, extends AI workloads from the data center to user endpoints, and enables easy application integration into View knowledge bases through the patent-pending Print-to-View technology.
“Every enterprise wants AI, but many responsible for the deployment of an AI-powered experience lack the necessary infrastructure,” said Joel Christner, CEO of View Systems. “View Cloud solves this problem, enabling organizations to deploy AI quickly. Our desktop applications extend processing to the users’ laptops, allowing them to manage their own local knowledge bases and have conversational, AI-powered experiences. For the IT infrastructure teams, View Desktop can be used as an extension to scale the processing power of their data center deployments.”
