These appointments come as Trulioo continues to see accelerating demand across its global platform, with enterprises increasingly seeking high-integrity identity verification and fraud prevention capabilities to support a more resilient and scalable digital trust infrastructure.

As the digital economy evolves, Trulioo continues to enhance the performance, speed and intelligence of its global platform. Over the past year, the company has nearly halved Know Your Business (KYB) processing times from six seconds to 3.3 seconds and reduced document verification auto-response times by 60% for major customers through advanced machine learning capabilities.

The Trulioo global platform supports the full spectrum of modern identity needs, spanning KYB, Know Your Customer (KYC) and the emerging Know Your Agent (KYA) category, which verifies AI agents acting on behalf of individuals and businesses. These core products will be advanced through strategic investments in 2026 and 2027 to integrate AI more deeply across the platform, expand data intelligence capabilities and deliver continuous verification across the customer lifecycle.

“Chad, Danielle and Uri have built their careers navigating complex, high-growth and highly regulated global environments,” said Vicky Bindra, Trulioo CEO. “We are at an inflection point for digital customer onboarding and transactions. As the market evolves, their leadership positions us not just to respond to change, but to define what trust looks like in the age of AI. Their collective experience will strengthen our ability to innovate with speed and deliver exceptional products to our customers who demand both high quality and trust standards.”

Chad Gerhardstein, Chief Risk and Strategy Officer
Gerhardstein brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management across the payments and fintech industries, most recently serving as global chief risk and compliance officer at Nuvei. Previously, he was a partner at PwC, where he led the firm’s fintech and payments risk and regulatory practice, and held senior positions at Worldpay and Vantiv. At Trulioo, he will oversee global risk, privacy and regulatory programs, advise customers on evolving risk frameworks and align strategic objectives with product development to further strengthen the company’s global identity and trust capabilities.

Danielle Holbrook Dunn, Chief Transformation Officer
Holbrook Dunn joins from Nuvei, where she most recently served as chief transformation officer, and previously as SVP of enterprise programs and change operations. In those roles, she owned the company’s value creation plan, overseeing strategic programs, commercial acceleration, operational excellence, AI enablement and post-acquisition integration execution across teams spanning six countries and more than 200 markets. She drove technology modernization, accelerated product delivery and improved company performance at scale. At Trulioo, she will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to scale operations and advance the company’s next phase of global growth and operational maturity.

Uri Zelmanovich, Chief Financial Officer
Zelmanovich brings 25 years of finance and operations leadership experience, including more than a decade in fintech, payments and identity. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer at Trustly, Inc., where he led finance, payment risk management and operational functions across a scaled, high-growth business in a highly regulated environment. Earlier, he spent nine years at Early Warning Services, helping scale the organization through a period of rapid growth and the launch of Zelle. At Trulioo, he will focus on reinforcing financial rigor, capital discipline and operational leverage to support the company’s next phase of enterprise expansion and platform innovation.
