Multi-model support, faster rendering, and full control for builders and creators now available

GMI Cloud, a leading AI-native GPU cloud provider, announced the launch of open beta access of VideoGen, a high-performance video generation platform built for developers, creators, and companies seeking freedom, speed, and control in the AI video space.

As generative video technology advances rapidly, creators face frustrating trade-offs: clunky tools, restrictive pricing, limited model access, and poor scalability. GMI Cloud’s VideoGen aims to change thatโ€”offering a seamless, SDK-powered experience with blazing-fast generation speeds, diverse model support, and developer-first infrastructure.

This open beta access of VideoGen is up to 49% faster and 78% more cost-effective than competing platforms, thanks to GMI Cloud’s state-of-the-art optimizations and infrastructure. The platform supports both text-to-video and image-to-video generation across leading models, including:

  • WAN.ai
  • Kling
  • Google Veo3
  • Luma-Ray2

“We believe content creation should be limited only by imaginationโ€”not platform constraints or pricing walls,” saidย Alex Yeh, CEO of GMI Cloud. “VideoGen is built to empower developers with the flexibility and speed needed to go from idea to video, without compromise.”

New models are added constantly, and users can switch between them using a unified SDK and billing systemโ€”no more complex integrations or fragmented tools.

Features include:

  • Single API endpoint with token-based authentication
  • Built-in task tracking and dashboard management
  • Negative prompting to reduce low-quality generations
  • Concurrency handling and stable queuing
  • TeaCacheโ„ข for performance optimization

GMI Cloud’s VideoGen roadmap includes LLM-powered prompt extensions to simplify complex video generation, ComfyUI support for building visual workflows, and a centralized RAG system for managing media and prompt assets. Future releases will also introduce fine-tuning plugins, a Benchmark Arena for cross-model comparisons, and advanced observability tools to provide deeper insight into performance and generation quality.

Recognized as part of NVIDIA’s Reference Platform Cloud, GMI Cloud’s infrastructure delivers low-latency, high-availability compute that powers leading AI applications. With VideoGen, GMI offers unmatched transparency and performance for teams building the next generation of video content.
