Ventura Securities further commits to its digital transformation agenda by appointing Arpan Sen as Chief Technology Officer

Ventura Securities Ltd., one of India’s leading securities firms, accelerates ahead in its digital transformation path with the appointment of Arpan Sen as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Early last year, the securities entity had appointed Manu Monga, moving in from Axis Bank, as Executive Director-Digital Transformation to streamline Ventura’s digital initiatives. These moves underline Ventura’s commitment towards transforming its digital and technological capabilities.

Arpan Sen, alumni of BITS Pilani, brings in a wealth of experience gained over two decades. Apart from digital transformation, Arpan’s areas of proficiency include tech budget and program management, developing software for electronic design, financial markets and financial analytics.

In his last assignment as CTO at Anand Rathi Wealth Management, he spearheaded the company’s digital transformation journey. A key highlight of his team’s performance was the creation of a cloud-native internal tech platform for the business. In the past, Arpan has worked in institutional equities in Citi where he built the India team for the high-frequency Automated Trading Desk (ATD). During his stint as VP, Trading Technologies, at Credit Suisse, he was instrumental in creating the framework for managing 40+ exchanges, and all FX and Fixed Income connectivity platforms.

Before entering the financial sector, Arpan specialized in developing solutions for the electronic design/semiconductor space.
