UJET Wins Prestigious Best of Enterprise Connect 2022 Overall Award

Disruptive Contact Center Platform Also Recognized for Innovative Use of Artificial Intelligence in CX

UJET, Inc., the world’s most advanced cloud contact center provider, announced it was awarded the 2022 Best of Enterprise Connect Overall distinction for CX Intercloud, the contact center’s first cloud-to-cloud failover solution. UJET was chosen over others in the enterprise communications and contact center industry such as Amazon Web Services, Five9, RingCentral and Zoom.

“UJET’s technology represents a seismic shift in Contact Center operations. With CX Intercloud, our platform addresses long-standing contact center gaps related to reliability and dependability,” said Anand Janefalkar, founder and CEO of UJET. “The 2022 Best of Enterprise Connect Overall Award validates our distinction as the only end-to-end, highly scalable and secure contact center platform to fully leverage multimedia and biometric capabilities for a more modern, reliable and overall better customer experience.”

Announced in early March, CX Intercloud enables customers to have their UJET instance pre-deployed across multiple cloud platforms, supporting cross cloud operation on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). CX Intercloud offers a 100% uptime guarantee with no maintenance exceptions, unlike any other cloud contact center providers’ solutions in the market.

Along with CX Intercloud, the judges also noted UJET’s following features as determining factors in the 2022 Best of Enterprise Connect Overall Award:

  • 1-click Smart Actions – which make verifying callers faster, easier, and more secure. Customers can choose to authenticate themselves using an existing passcode, or the same biometric identification methods they use to unlock their phones, like Face ID or a fingerprint.
  • Virtual Agent – which supports intelligent conversational AI for a more human-like conversation and can offload a variety of simple or complex tasks traditionally supported by a live agent.

In addition to winning Best of Enterprise Connect 2022, UJET was recognized for most innovative use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Innovation Showcase on Customer Engagement, a session designed to highlight rapidly growing companies that deliver enterprise value and differentiate the customer experience. UJET showed its modern architecture and intuitive natural UX for agents to demonstrate how the varying needs of consumers can be met in a single seamless interaction, free of channel switching. UJET is able to reduce customers’ costs by improving operational metrics and increasing agent efficiency while also driving revenue, loyalty, and retention through superior customer experiences.

Enterprise Connect wraps a busy first quarter of 2022 for UJET, who made several key announcements such as its international expansion in the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand markets, user recognition in the G2 winter reports which ranked UJET #1 in user satisfaction for the 7th consecutive quarter based on customer reviews, and UJET’s flexible offerings for small and medium-sized contact centers to make it easier for companies of all sizes to provide great customer service.
