Serious in its commitment to digital information security, TECNO Security Response Center (SRC) sponsored the latest Security BSides in Ahmedabad, India in 2021. More than 400 security specialists and professionals attended the conference, fostering cooperation and exchanges between TECNO and security industry experts, researchers and organizations. BSides opened with a keynote address by Heath Adams, The Cyber Mentor (TCM), on information security, cyber security and ethical hacking. Security issues pertinent to both individuals and organizations were presented. The conference discussed the latest updates and research on Google Vehicle Routing Problems (VRP), android vulnerabilities, mobile spyware, Amazon mis-configurations and more. There was also a full-day car hacking workshop. The idea was to showcase how a vehicle can be manoeuvred remotely and used for system penetration with an entire array of tools at the hacker’s disposal.

SRC Boosts TECNO Technologies and InfoSec Community

SRC supports TECNO in its mission to unlock the latest intelligent technologies across global emerging markets to make access to the digital world available and affordable while staying ethical and clean.
