To earn a Microsoft Gold Competency, partners must prove their technology experience and ensure a high standard of staffing capacity. Partners must also submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects, meet a performance commitment, and pass technology and sales assessments.

In addition to achieving all available Gold Competencies, TCS has now earned 11 Microsoft Advanced Specializations, including most recently for SAP on Microsoft Azure, Linux and Open-Source Databases Migration, Microsoft 365 Teamwork Deployment, and Custom Solutions for Microsoft Teams. TCS also became the first partner to earn the Microsoft Azure VMware Solution advanced specialization — making it one of the most recognized partners in Microsoft’s ecosystem. TCS is a Preferred Member and Launch Partner for Project Cortex, including SharePoint Syntax, an Azure Stack HCI partner, and is a Member of the 2021/2022 Inner Circle for Microsoft Business Applications.
