Morse Communications Achieves Diversity+ Partner Status with Juniper Networks

Morse Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company and Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise, announced that it was accepted into Juniper Networks’ Diversity+ Partner Program. Juniper, a leader in secure, AI-driven networks, launched the program in 2022, in collaboration with partners to help deliver economic growth and sustainability to participating partners and communities where the company does business.

The Diversity+ Partner Program provides several benefits designed to develop and maintain a more inclusive partner landscape through a continuous discovery and development of qualified diverse businesses. Partners must be headquartered in the U.S. and be 51% or more owned by a woman, underrepresented groups, a veteran, a service-disabled, or an LGBTQ+ person or operating in a historically underutilized business zone.

Morse Communications has been a Juniper partner since 2017, achieving Diversity+ Partner status in 2023 as a Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise, and having met the qualifications specified by the Juniper program.

“When Juniper first approached us about their Diversity+ Partner program, we were thrilled with the opportunity. We are pleased to be listed as an approved and qualified woman-owned business for a company so committed to Diversity & Inclusion, and what better day to announce this achievement than on International Women’s Day. By supporting minority and women-owned businesses, Juniper is proving their long-term commitment to the success of their diverse partners,” said Annette Costello, President of Morse Communications.

Participating partners receive increased visibility across Juniper’s public mediums, including blogs and social media, and an elevated company profile within Juniper’s Partner Locater. Diversity+ Partners also receive a badge signifying their status within the Juniper partner platform and can receive assistance with their media strategy to help promote their status. Finally, partners are eligible for a Diversity Partner of the Year award based on their growth, wins, and contributions to their local community.

“Diversity is key to continued innovation,” says Gordon Mackintosh, Group Vice President of Juniper’s Partner Organization. “When it comes to innovation, Juniper is unstoppable due, in part, to the diverse group of individuals and partners we collaborate with every day. Our Diversity+ Partner Program has grown to 48 partners in just a matter of months, and we’re seeing a lot of new, impactful ideas. As a Certified Women-owned Business Enterprise, MORSECOM has already earned bragging rights as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and we can’t wait to see what else we can do together.”
