LumApps Announces Integration with Box to Enhance the Employee Experience
LumApps joins the Box Technology Partner Program, produces its integration with Box to enhance employee productivity and collaboration

LumApps, a recognized leader in the Employee Experience Platform market, is now integrated with Box, the leading Content Cloud. The LumApps Employee Experience platform enables companies to design fully branded digital workplaces that are tailored to the unique governance and structural requirements of each organization. Further, LumApps delivers a fully personalized, digital employee experience for everyone in the company across all devices.

LumApps’ integration with Box adds ready accessibility to file sharing, making it easy for employees to access Box’s content repository and enabling real-time document sharing. Employees can now search for content in the Box Content Cloud directly from LumApps’ native search functionality, and search results can be further filtered using result “chips.”PREDICTIONS SERIES 2022

Pega research shows that employees switch apps more than 1,100 times a day, which represents five million hours of desktop activity. LumApps’ integration with Box addresses this by allowing companies to improve their employee experience and employee productivity by having Box content displayed on the LumApps Employee Experience Platform’s pages for easy and direct access.

Use cases include content-enriched employee dashboards and portals. Customers can personalize portals by team function, restricting document access to only those who should have it, also making it easier for employees to easily find the information they need. An example is having the Box widget displayed on an HR team’s portal, with secure access only to the documents that they need and use daily.

Each employee’s individual dashboard can also have the Box widget embedded so that they can access their files from the same place they access email, Microsoft 365, and other productivity and collaboration tools.
