“For three years running we’ve been honored by this outstanding recognition from Microsoft. The Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider status underscores our team’s commitment to constant growth based on the type of expertise Azure customers seek when they are looking to grow their businesses”

“The Microsoft Azure Expert MSP program was designed to validate and recognize our most accomplished and qualified partners to drive growth for customers. Ingram Micro has once again demonstrated its Microsoft Azure expertise and commitment to service excellence, so we are pleased to again recognize it as a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider,” said Rodney Clark, corporate vice president, global channel sales and channel chief at Microsoft.

First announced in 2018, the Azure Expert MSP initiative entails an auditing process that can take more than 300 hours, requiring top-level expertise and validation from partnering businesses, giving companies the opportunity to demonstrate the value and capabilities to help with specific customer business challenges. Azure Expert MSP recognition status indicates to cloud resellers that Ingram Micro Cloud efficiently manages their resources in relation to continuously expanding customer demand.

“For three years running we’ve been honored by this outstanding recognition from Microsoft. The Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider status underscores our team’s commitment to constant growth based on the type of expertise Azure customers seek when they are looking to grow their businesses,” said Victor Baez, senior vice president, cloud channel sales at Ingram Micro Cloud. “As the cloud industry continues to expand and its importance becomes even more critical to businesses, an integral part of our partner success strategy is ensuring Ingram Micro Cloud maintains its high standards.”

To acquire Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider recognition, each MSP must pass a rigorous screening process, which includes an extensive two-day onsite audit built to assess expertise in managed services. The audit spans the entire customer lifecycle from the initial assessment phase, through to architecture and design. Additionally, certification holders must provide evidence of their ability to maintain trust with existing Azure customers, including their ability to provide ongoing support, security and optimization to companies at all stages in their cloud journey.
