Leader in AI-powered experience orchestration strengthens commitment to support state, local and education institutions moving to the cloud
Genesys, a global cloud leader in AI-powered experience orchestration, announced that it’s now authorized for the State Risk and Authorized Management Program (StateRAMP) at the Moderate Impact Level. This new StateRAMP Authorization builds off its FedRAMP Authorization at the Moderate Impact Level, which Genesys announced earlier this year. Through these certifications, Genesys is making it easier for US state and federal agencies to access the latest cloud and AI technologies to improve the customer experience, while protecting their mission, assets and resources.
With the experience orchestration capabilities of the Genesys CloudTM platform, public sector organizations can tap into advanced conversational, generative and predictive AI capabilities, helping them to securely, reliably and more efficiently deliver mission-critical services to their communities. In addition, the all-in-one Genesys Cloud platform offers organizations a powerful set of digital, voice and workforce engagement management capabilities to orchestrate a seamless, personalized customer experience at scale across every touch point.
“Many state and local government agencies are challenged to deliver the service consumers expect today while stretching their limited resources and protecting their customers’ data,” said Olivier Jouve, EVP and chief product officer at Genesys. “With StateRAMP Authorization, Genesys Cloud can expand its support to more government organizations by offering a solution that helps them modernize their infrastructure and use AI and automation to build stronger relationships with their customers through improved experiences.”
