Published in January 2022 by Gartner, a company that delivers actionable, objective insight to executive and their teams, the research offers recommendations and latest findings of the public cloud managed service providers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region for business, procurement and IT leaders in their search for best-suited partners.
The APAC market, as identified in the research, is home to many MSPs that mainly “operate only within their own country, although some strong players are expanding outside their home market”. To select the MSP to their needs, customers should pay attention to the providers’ competencies, which “can differ significantly due to their company background, business strategy and maturity”.
