Falx Capital Completes Acquisition of ID Solutions

Integrity Data Solutions an automated data collection and supply chain solutions provider, announced that it has been acquired by a private investment group, led by Falx Capital LLC (“Falx Capital”). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, ID Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of automated data collection and supply chain solutions. Since its founding in 1999, the Company has served as a mission critical partner to a range of customers by providing custom design and assembly of fixed barcode imagers, RFID data collection solutions and proprietary cloud-based warehouse and inventory management software.

As part of the transaction, the Company’s Co-Founder, President and CEO, Stephen R. Moore will retire after assisting in the immediate transition, while the rest of the ID Solutions team will remain with the Company and to support the business on its next leg of growth.
